Following the Sensational News that Roy Keane has left Manchester United by mutual Consent, Paul Newman marked his intent to be firmly in the race to sign the influencial midfielder. Newman said "Keane would be an ideal signing and I will definetly be in talks with his agent".
The arrival of Keane on the wage bill would almost certainly force Newman to move some players on with want away playmaker Rich 'Nana' Moon favourite for the Boot.
